Kalafy ("we", "us") provides AI-assisted video editing services. This policy describes how we handle personal data when you use our website and applications.

Account information: email, name, and authentication identifiers from our auth provider.
Content you upload: video files, thumbnails, and related metadata needed to process your projects.
Usage and diagnostics: product analytics, error reports (e.g. via Sentry), and server logs for security and reliability.
Billing: transaction references from payment providers—not full card numbers, which we do not store.

Processors and subprocessors

We rely on vetted service providers to run the product. We share data with them only as needed to provide, secure, bill, monitor, and improve Kalafy.

Payments: Razorpay and/or Stripe, depending on your country and checkout method.
Product infrastructure: hosting, databases, storage, media processing, rendering, and delivery providers.
AI processing: model and inference providers used to analyse and transform uploaded media.
Reliability and security: observability, error monitoring, logging, and abuse-prevention providers.

We do not sell personal data. We can provide additional vendor details for compliance, security, or enterprise review requests.

Retention

We retain project and account data as needed to deliver the service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated projects subject to any statutory retention requirements.
