By accessing or using Kalafy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

License to use the service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Kalafy for your internal or personal creative purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Kalafy a licence to host, process, transcode, analyse, and display your content solely to provide the service (including AI-assisted editing and export).

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including by attempting to:

• Violate law or third-party rights
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
• Circumvent security, quotas, or billing controls
• Overload or disrupt our infrastructure

Credits and payments

Purchases of credits are subject to our Refund / cancellation policy and the terms of our payment partners at checkout.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI outputs may be imperfect; you are responsible for reviewing exports before publication.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
