Refund & cancellation policy

Credits

Credit packs are digital goods. Refunds may be considered within 7 days of purchase if no credits from that purchase have been consumed since the transaction. Once credits are used, that portion is non-refundable except where required by law.

Rendered exports

Completed video exports and other delivered digital deliverables are generally non-refundable once the export has completed successfully and is available for download, except where mandated by law.

How to request

Email support@kalafy.ai with your account email and transaction reference. We aim to respond within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days to the original payment method where possible.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue; improper chargebacks may result in account closure.
